if you were a judge, what sort would you be?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 03, 2009:

I'm afraid I wouldn't be a very good one.  It's easy for me to see both sides of a situation and sympatize with both - my sister calls it wishy-washy.  Or a fence sitter.  But in most cases I can truly see both cases...
